When it comes to helpful conversation tips, one of my favourite resources is the book: “Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High” by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan, Al Switzler. In this podcast episode, I highlight a few strategies from the book with a specific emphasis on making wise conversational choices rather than the fool’s choice.
